What happens after your request
We may need to verify your identity before completing the deletion request. We will delete your account and associated personal data unless we are required to retain limited information for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.
Subscriptions
Please note: deleting your app data does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If you have an active subscription, you may need to cancel it separately through Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings, depending on where the subscription was purchased.
Important note
If an app does not currently use account registration, you can still contact us to request deletion of any personal data associated with your support request or app usage, where applicable.
