If you need help with any Supporters Kft. mobile app, contact us and we will do our best to help.

When contacting support, please include: App name, device type (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S24, iPhone 15), operating system version, app version if available, and a short description of the issue. A screenshot is helpful if relevant. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for resolving your support request.

App usage help

If you have questions about how to use a specific app or its features, please contact us with the app name and a description of what you need help with.

Subscription help

If you have questions about your trial period, subscription charges, or billing, please check your Google Play or Apple App Store account first — subscriptions are managed directly through the app store you used to download the app.

If you still need help, email us at hello@supporters.hu and include the app name, your device platform (Android or iOS), and a description of the issue.

Notification help

If you are not receiving notifications, please check that notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings. You can usually find this under Settings → Apps → [App name] → Notifications.

If notifications are enabled but you are still not receiving them, please contact us with your device type, operating system version, and app version.

Login or account help

If an app uses account registration and you are having trouble logging in or accessing your account, please contact us with the app name, your device platform, and a description of the issue.

Technical issues

If an app is crashing, not loading, or behaving unexpectedly, try closing and reopening the app or restarting your device. If the issue continues, please contact us with:

  • App name
  • Device type and operating system version
  • App version, if available
  • A short description of what happened and when
