2. Description of the service

Supporters Kft. mobile apps may provide digital content, notifications, supportive messages, educational content, or other app-based services depending on the specific app.

Mama Boost provides short daily supportive messages for general encouragement.

3. Trial period and subscription

Some apps may offer a free trial period and paid subscription-based access. Subscriptions are managed through the relevant app store account. Subscription pricing and billing details are shown before subscribing.

4. Cancellation

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through the app store account they used to subscribe. Cancellation must be handled through Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings, depending on where the subscription was purchased.

Supporters Kft. does not process subscription payments directly and cannot issue refunds for app store purchases. Please contact Google Play or Apple App Store support for billing-related queries.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use our apps only for personal, non-commercial use and general supportive content. You must not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute app content without permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with any app.
• Use any app in a way that violates applicable laws.

6. Not medical or professional advice

Unless clearly stated otherwise, Supporters Kft. apps do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or professional advice. Mama Boost is for general encouragement only.

If you are experiencing serious difficulties, please seek support from a qualified professional.

7. Limitation of liability

Our apps are provided as-is. We do our best to keep them running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be available or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Supporters Kft. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our apps. This does not affect any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

8. Changes to the service

We may update, change, or discontinue features of our apps at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. Continued use of an app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country provide otherwise.
